Road Trip!!

My apologies to my public for keeping you waiting so long for an update. You see, I had to chaperone mom and dad on a recent road trip to Tennessee. While I was there I got to visit with some very important people.
First I got to see my pop and I took him out to dinner for some really great barbeque.

Then, I got to see my Gran. We had to stay inside most of the day since it was raining, but we had fun anyway. She bought me a book and then read it to me.

I also got to see my cousin David and his pretty girlfriend Amanda, but mom forgot to take a picture of me with them.

On our last night on the road my mom and dad took me out to dinner. Mom and I wrestled with her water glass. She won, but not before I got my first taste of this lovely fruit.

We had a good time, but I'm glad to be home. I'll be posting more regularly now, so check back often!

Windy City Baby

Today I took my first real trip into the city, and by city I don't mean downtown Joliet. We met my new friends Tom and Amy at the Planetarium for lunch and show (I got kicked out for being "disruptive"), and then mom and dad and I hung out by the lake for awhile. It was doubly good since I got to test out my new sunhat.

Structural Failure

The ladybug seems to be the mechanism by which the entire playmat can be collapsed. I escaped unscathed. Daddy, however, seems to have borne the brunt of the collapse. That'll show him to hog the toys.

An Apple a Day

I know nothing of these "solids" that are mentioned in hushed tones when I'm around, but I do know that my mom handed me something green and round and a bit sour today. I wasn't sure what to make of it at first, but then I went after it like a starving chihuahua on a pork chop.

Boy of Summer

I'll have you know I spent more time in the sun today than I have in my whole entire life!
